1. All complaints or defects on merchandise should be directed in person, and must bring the Invoice and the complete damaged merchandise in the original boxes within 3 days.
2. Under no circumstances will we accept returned or exchange of any used, previously displayed or assembled merchandise.
3 We will service our repairs but our policies don't include any pick-up or deliveries of defective merchandise.
4. Customers is responsible for merchandise pick-up and delivery. If customer chooses, we can pick-up and/or deliver merchandise. Minimum of $50.00 charge each way or $5/mile. whichever is higher.
5. Any repairs have to be accompanied by the warranty papers to apply for the face repairs.
6. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
